The success of the program depends heavily on the services of many volunteers, as Montgomery County Interfaith Hospitality Network (MCIHN) has one full-time staff member. Without volunteers, MCIHN would not be able to change the lives of those in need.  We sincerely appreciate those who donate their time and talent.

 Volunteer Opportunities for Youth

We encourage the youth of our community to become involved in volunteer projects through community service. Such participation can often provide a lasting positive experience that benefits both the volunteer and recipient.

Some projects of interest may include:

Creating and Coordinating Community Fundraiser Activities such as:
Car Washes
Bottle & Can Drives
Bake Sales
Garage Sales

Collecting Shelter Needs such as:
Cleaning Supplies
Towels
Laundry supplies
Office / school supplies
Over-the-counter medications
